Wedding Planning
Wedding Planning & Coordination
Planning a wedding involves hundreds of moving pieces, countless decisions, and constant communication. My role is to bring structure to the process so nothing is overlooked and everything works together seamlessly.
Whether you need support from the beginning or assistance during the final months leading up to your wedding, I help organize the details, coordinate with your vendors, manage timelines, and ensure everyone involved is working toward the same plan. My goal is to reduce stress, simplify communication, and help your wedding day unfold exactly as you've envisioned it.
Vendor Coordination
Your vendors should feel like one coordinated team—not separate businesses working independently. I communicate with your vendors before the wedding to confirm schedules, expectations, arrival times, setup requirements, and important details so everyone is working from the same plan. From florists and photographers to DJs, caterers, rental companies, and specialty services, I help keep communication organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. By serving as a central point of contact, I reduce confusion and allow your vendors to focus on delivering their best work.
Venue Coordination Support
Many venues provide a venue coordinator—but their responsibilities are different from those of a wedding coordinator. I work alongside your venue coordinator to ensure your overall wedding plan comes together smoothly. While the venue manages the facility and venue-related logistics, I focus on your vendors, timeline, personal details, and the many moving pieces happening throughout the day. Together, we create a seamless experience where every part of your wedding works together without unnecessary stress or last-minute surprises.
Timeline Planning & Organization
A well-built timeline is the foundation of a successful wedding day. From the first vendor arrival to the final send-off, I create detailed timelines that keep everyone informed and on schedule. I work through the day hour by hour, making sure setup, photography, transportation, ceremonies, receptions, speeches, meals, and special moments all have the time and space they need. When everyone knows where they need to be and when, your day flows naturally and you can spend more time enjoying your wedding instead of answering questions.
